Authorization to Electronically File the Underused Housing Tax Return and Election Form
 
Do not send this form to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) unless we ask for it. We will not store or return this form.
Complete this authorization form once a year for each electronic filer where an Underused Housing Tax Return and Election Form (UHT return) is
electronically filed with the CRA on your behalf.
Part 3 must be completed by either you or the electronic filer of your UHT return.
The electronic filer number is the number provided by the EFILE Online services to any firm, organization, or individual who provide tax preparation services
that apply, and are accepted, to be allowed to electronically file UHT returns.
Give the signed original of this authorization form to the electronic filer and keep a copy in your own records for six years.
The CRA is responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of your electronically filed information only after we have accepted your UHT return.

modify the information originally filed in response to any errors CRA identifies. This authorization expires when the Minister of National Revenue accepts the

and activities including administering tax, audit, compliance, and collection activities. The information collected may be disclosed to other federal, provincial,

penalties, or in other actions. Under the Privacy Act, individuals have a right of protection, access to and correction of their personal information, or to file a
